Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a proactive BI professional to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying internal operational gaps, maintaining BI system stability (SAP BW/FineReport/SAC), and delivering data-driven solutions. This role acts as a strategic bridge between IT and business units to translate complex data into actionable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Data Solutions & Insights: Partner with business units to define objectives and provide effective data solutions that address internal pain points and drive commercial value.
• System Operations: Oversee the daily maintenance and security of corporate BI platforms (e.g., SAP BW, FineReport, FineBI, SAC, Qlik) to ensure high availability.
• Governance & Modeling: Enhance enterprise data governance by establishing robust analytical logic and data models that translate into executable business plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between the IT BI team and functional departments (Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Logistics).
• Empowerment & Training: Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools across the organization to foster a data-driven culture.
• Operational Support: Provide deep-dive insights into manufacturing and supply chain costs, efficiency, and fulfillment metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Information Management (MIS), Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Required Skills

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in BI, data analysis, or MIS roles. Knowledge of Manufacturing or Supply Chain business processes is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Finance/ MES/Supply Chain or Sales operations is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in BI tools such as SAP BW, FineReport, FineBI, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau. Competency in SQL, Python, or data modeling techniques.
• Language Skills: Mandarin: Proficient (Spoken & Written). This is essential as Mandarin is the primary medium used for daily internal meetings, team collaboration, and technical discussions with regional stakeholders. English: Functional / Working proficiency. Competent in reading technical manuals and handling professional correspondence in English on an occasional basis.
