Job summary

Gprnt is seeking a Product Manager in Singapore to define and execute product strategy across markets, collaborating with commercial, operations and marketing teams to align with business goals. You will own products end to end, drive discovery with enterprises and regulators, and work with engineering, design and ESG specialists to deliver great user experiences while embedding AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in a product role with hands-on launch experience.
• Have owned a product area rather than a single feature.
• Experience building 0 to 1 in early-stage settings from discovery to go-to-market.
• Able to translate customer needs into strategy, roadmap and write specs.
• Knowledge of user research, product analytics, and A/B testing in agile environments.
• Technical fluency to discuss data models and integrations with engineers.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily product work and AI-assisted features.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and C-suite.
• Willing to move between strategy and execution.
• Team player who can handle multiple priorities with little supervision.
• Experience collaborating with ESG specialists and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision using data and market trends.
• Own discovery with interviews and usability sessions with enterprises and regulators.
• Translate roadmap into detailed product requirements and work with engineering and design to release features.
• Define success metrics and analyze performance post-launch.
• Establish commercial viability and collaborate on pricing and adoption across markets.
• Embed AI into products and build AI-enabled features.
