Job summary

Gprnt is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute product strategy across markets in Singapore. You will spearhead end-to-end product initiatives, collaborate with engineering, design and ESG teams, and drive AI-enabled features for sustainability fintech solutions.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, shaping roadmaps with senior leadership and ensuring measurable outcomes. This is a mission-driven role with autonomy and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in a product role with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience building 0 to 1 in early-stage settings.
• Ability to translate customer needs into strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience with user research, product analytics and AB testing.
• Technical fluency to discuss data models and integrations with engineers.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily product work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Comfort moving between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap across markets.
• Lead discovery through interviews, focus groups and usability sessions with enterprises, regulators and customers.
• Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements, stories and prototypes with engineering and design teams.
• Define success metrics and use analytics to drive post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on positioning and adoption across markets.
• Embed AI capabilities into product concepts and validate value with users.
