FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to own products from concept and development through commercialization and lifecycle management.

You will lead planning from concept to launch, define priorities, and drive solutions that meet customer and business needs in an R&D-focused environment. Responsibilities include gathering customer feedback and market trends, translating requirements into roadmaps, and coordinating with R&D and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, development or R&D.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate technical and customer requirements into product solutions.
• Excellent ownership and project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and development from concept through to product launch.
• Define product priorities and drive development to meet customer and business needs.
• Gather feedback, market requirements and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to define specifications, features and roadmap.
• Coordinate stakeholders across the product development and launch process.
• Develop business cases, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Support launches including positioning, pricing, and sales support.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Manage lifecycle, upgrades, replacements and phase-outs.
• Align customer requirements with technical capabilities and business objectives.
