Job summary
FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an R&D focused Lead Engineer to drive development across electronics, firmware and mechanical systems. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams and keeping complex product development moving forward.
You will own system integration, resolve technical challenges, and guide projects from concept to successful product launch, ensuring top performance and robust design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of R&D or systems engineering experience.
- Exposure to systems for electronics, firmware and mechanical engineering disciplines.
- Experience in R&D/product development stage.
- Ability to work across functions and connect different technical teams.
- Strong project ownership, problem-solving and technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive R&D product development projects across system - electronics, firmware, mechanical and optics.
- Bring multidisciplinary engineering teams together, driving projects in R&D phase from concept to successful product launch.
- Lead system integration, testing and troubleshooting to ensure products perform to the highest standards.
- Turn product requirements into practical, innovative engineering solutions.
- Take the lead in resolving complex technical challenges across different engineering disciplines.
- Drive design reviews, validation and technical risk management throughout the product lifecycle.
- Explore new technologies and ideas, supporting feasibility studies and continuous product innovation.
