Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to drive business outcomes from problem definition through release and continuous improvement.

You will interview stakeholders and users, craft proposals for funding, and define success metrics with dashboards to monitor progress. You will identify hypotheses, shape product strategy, and develop initiatives to achieve outcomes, creating a roadmap and collaborating with designers and engineers to build, test, and release the product.

Qualifications

Proven record of driving business outcomes.
End-to-end experience with design and engineering teams to build products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
Computer science or product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.

Responsibilities

Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
