RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to drive business outcomes from problem definition through release and continuous improvement.

You will interview stakeholders and users to define the problem space, build a roadmap, and collaborate with designers and engineers to ship and iterate. The role requires strong communication, ability to manage high-level stakeholders, and experience with product analytics and tooling such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.

Formación

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
