Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a Lead / Principal Product Manager to define product strategy and drive digital product initiatives from concept to launch in Singapore. This senior role emphasizes leadership, vision, and measurable business outcomes across enterprise-scale products.

You will lead the product lifecycle, mentor Product Managers, and influence senior stakeholders to shape the organisation's PM practices and operating model.

A leading organisation driving large-scale digital transformation is seeking a Lead / Principal Product Manager to lead the development of innovative digital products that deliver meaningful outcomes. Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to define product strategy, influence enterprise-wide priorities, and build products that improve customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

You will establish and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives and measurable business outcomes. Leading the full product lifecycle, you will identify customer problems, validate opportunities, oversee MVP development, and guide products through launch and ongoing optimisation. In addition to delivering impactful products, you will play a key leadership role in growing and mentoring a team of Product Managers, embedding best practices and cultivating a strong product culture.

Working closely with engineering, design, operations, policy and business stakeholders, you will drive collaboration, manage competing priorities, mitigate delivery risks, and use customer insights, data and experimentation to inform product decisions. You will also influence senior stakeholders and help shape the organisation's product management practices and operating model.

Requirements

You bring a strong track record in a senior product leadership position, with demonstrated success delivering products from concept through launch and scaling them for continued growth. You possess deep expertise in product strategy, customer discovery, problem definition, prioritisation, MVP delivery and outcome-based product management.

Equally important is your experience leading and developing Product Managers, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, cross-functional environments. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering with engineering, design, operations and business teams to deliver customer-centric digital products and drive lasting organisational impact.
