Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and vision for complex spaces. You will translate user needs and business goals into a coherent roadmap and oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

You will use data to define success metrics, prioritise features, and collaborate with engineering, design and business users to deliver high-quality products on time, while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Track record leading product teams through full lifecycle (discovery to launch to iteration).
• Strong product sense connecting user problems, business value and technical feasibility.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder influence.
• Experience defining metrics, running experiments, and killing non-viable ideas.
• Ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving policy landscapes and tech trends.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and vision for complex or ambiguous problem spaces, translating user needs and business goals into a coherent product roadmap.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Critically analyse data and define success metrics to drive prioritisation and validate ideas.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap prioritising features based on impact and demand.
• Translate policy objectives and user requirements into detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and mitigate risks from technical and market perspectives, aligning with engineering, design and business users.
