Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Product Manager for the Promotions team, focusing on AI-enabled promotion experiences that drive buyer engagement and seller efficiency. You will partner with business, design, engineering and data teams to translate needs into scalable features.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year PM experience in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and hands-on AI tool experience to inform product research, prototyping and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative/technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of product management experience in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product research or automation.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts across teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design promotion experiences balancing user value, seller needs, and investment.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to promotion discovery and personalization.
• Collaborate with business, design, engineering, and data teams to define requirements.
• Define success metrics and evaluate product performance via experiments.
• Own the product lifecycle from definition to launch and improvement.
