Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Agentic AI & Growth Platform. You will own end-to-end strategy and development of our Smart Promotion Platform, collaborating with data science, engineering, and marketing to drive user growth.

You will lead lifecycle from discovery to launch, apply AI capabilities to marketing systems, and optimize experiments to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with data analysis or AI product experience preferred.
Strong product management background with a technical foundation in AI, marketing systems, or growth platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
Combine marketing strategy, user behavior, and AI capabilities to identify opportunities.
Partner with data science and engineering to turn insights into features.
Use experimentation and data feedback to maximize growth.
Communicate and align across business, marketing, operations, design, engineering, and data science.
