Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, seeks an Experienced Product Manager, User Servicing to own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer service systems across our digital banks.

You will design journeys for the help centre, live chat, chatbot and portal, align solutions with business goals, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable customer experiences while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields.
• Strong product design, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, positive attitude and team player.
• Comfortable with changes and working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for customer service systems (help centre, live chat, chatbot, and portal) from ideation to post-launch improvements.
• Design customer service journeys to improve experience and operations efficiency, aligned with business goals.
• Assist business teams in implementing efficient operations, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders for project implementation and live issue resolution.
• Manage project timelines, create plans, track progress, and monitor risks.
