Job summary

Shopee's Promotion Product Management team in Singapore is seeking a curious, analytical product manager to own promotion experiences and help buyers and sellers benefit from AI-enabled features. You will work with business, design, engineering and data teams to translate user needs into scalable product requirements.

You will define success metrics, run experiments and manage the product lifecycle from problem framing to launch and continuous improvement, balancing user value with investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in AI, analytics, CS, math, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of product management experience in e-commerce or consumer products.
• Experience using AI tools for product research, prototyping or automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design promotion experiences balancing user value, seller needs and investment efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to promotion discovery, personalisation and workflows.
• Partner with business, design, engineering and data teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Define success metrics and evaluate product performance through experiments and data.
• Own the full product development lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration.
