We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in B2C and B2B product management, particularly in e-commerce, website platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce), and CRM systems. This role focuses on optimizing digital product experiences, improving online sales channels, and supporting internal CRM development to enhance customer engagement. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to execute product strategies, enhance platform functionality, and contribute to the evolution of the company's own CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Execution & Growth
  • Website & Platform Management: Oversee product listings, checkout flows, and user experience on WordPress/WooCommerce.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Support product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Digital Growth Initiatives: Implement strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
2. E-Commerce & CRM Development
  • Platform Optimization: Ensure smooth product updates, inventory management, and site performance.
  • CRM & Customer Insights: Support the development of the company’s own CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and customer management strategies.
  • B2B Integration: Understand B2B workflows, including business customer interactions, invoicing, and order management, to ensure the CRM supports both B2C and B2B requirements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales performance.
3. Market Research & Competitive Insights
  • Industry & Customer Analysis: Identify trends in both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze market competition to refine product positioning.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics and feedback to enhance products and user experience.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams to align product initiatives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide updates and recommendations to the Lead Product Manager.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines and execution of product updates and system integrations.
5. Documentation and Specifications
  • Product Documentation: Create comprehensive product documentation, including requirements specifications, process flow diagrams, and user guides.
  • Task Management: Use project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency.
6. Continuous Improvement
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor product metrics and behavioral data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve user retention.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments in ERP, AI, and retail technology to refine product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
1. Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or digital product optimization.
  • Strong understanding of B2C models, including customer engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows and business customer management is an advantage.
2. Skills
  • Product Design & UX – Strong understanding of web and app-based product design, including UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Digital Tools & Analytics – Proficiency in Figma, Word, Excel, and presentation software, along with experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • E-Commerce & CRM Management – Experience managing digital storefronts, optimizing conversion rates, and understanding B2B workflows, including business accounts, invoicing, and CRM systems.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Ability to interpret market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and use data-driven insights to refine product strategies.
  • Project & Cross-Team Coordination – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, work cross-functionally, and ensure seamless execution of product updates, integrations, and automation tools.
3. Language Proficiency
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).
4. Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
