Job summary

PRISM+ is seeking a Product Management Intern in Singapore to support the product team in research, development and market analysis. You will work closely with the Product Manager to learn hardware commercialization and assist in category development.

Join a fast-paced startup environment to gain hands-on experience, contribute to product collateral, test planning, market monitoring and reporting while developing core product management skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in product management, market research, and marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and adapt in fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Market and Product Research: identify trends, customer needs and opportunities; benchmark features, pricing and positioning; craft detailed product requirements.
• Product Testing: assist in testing and validation; document issues; support test plans and cases.
• Supporting Collateral Creation: develop product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts.
• Marketing Content and Collaterals: assist in creating promotional content and marketing materials; ensure visual consistency.
• In-Market Analysis: monitor product performance; collect customer feedback; prepare regular reports.

As a Product Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the product management team in various aspects of product development, research, and market analysis. This is a unique opportunity to learn about hardware commercialization and development. You will be working closely with the Product Manager of the assigned category to support the development and commercialisation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product management and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Market and Product Research

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning.
• Craft detailed product requirements based on research findings and stakeholder inputs.

Product Testing

• Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
• Document and report any issues or bugs to the development team for resolution.
• Support the creation of test plans and test cases.

Supporting Collateral Creation

• Develop and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts.
• Ensure that all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.

Marketing Content and Collaterals

• Support the marketing team in creating engaging content for product promotions.
• Assist in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.

In-Market Analysis

• Monitor and analyze the performance of products in the market.
• Collect and interpret customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
