Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans and test cases based on requirements.
• Conduct functional testing of the application and perform compatibility checks.
• Evaluate UI/UX and provide redesign recommendations.
• Collect and analyze user data to inform improvements and dashboards.
• Document issues and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with training materials.
