You will prototype with real users, run pilot releases, and help design evaluation cases and metrics for our AI-powered search and agentic products. Collaboration and clear English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Interviews customers to gather feedback and latent needs.
• Develop and test prototypes with real users and manage pilots.
• Design evaluation cases to measure search/agentic products.
• Improve internal processes for product discovery and delivery.
• Experience using AI tools for knowledge work.
• Prototyping skills in Figma/Codex/Claude Design.
• Strong curiosity about user behaviour and product delight.
• Apply critical/systems thinking to open-ended problems.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers and synthesize feedback, insights and latent needs.
• Develop and test functional prototypes with actual users, manage pilot/beta releases.
• Help design evaluation cases and metrics for our search and agentic products.
• Improve internal systems and processes used for facilitating product discovery and delivery.
• Experience and good judgment in using AI tools for knowledge work.
• Prototyping skills in any tool (Figma, Codex, Claude Design).
• Curiosity about user behaviour and a desire to build products that delight customers.
• Demonstrated ability in applying critical and systems thinking to open-ended problems.
• Good communication and collaborative skills in English (both written and spoken).
