SmartDev is seeking a Product Lead for its NORA AI-enabled solutions portfolio. This role sits between market insights, clients, delivery, and engineering to shape repeatable offerings and commercial models.

You will research markets, argue for a product strategy, and say no to opportunities not supported by evidence. The position focuses on turning AI pilots into reliable operations, balancing software and services, and ensuring opportunities align with SmartDev’s long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Track record of creating and launching new products
• Strong market research skills to interview customers and analyze demand/pricing
• Commercial judgement across professional-services or software
• Fluency in product strategy and evaluating trade-offs
• AI literacy to discuss architecture and costs with technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal English for clients and teams

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate new solutions by interviewing customers and assessing demand and willingness to pay
• Own the solution portfolio: define problems, buyers, workflows, value, and delivery models
• Turn engagements into reusable templates, datasets and playbooks
• Define commercial packaging with Sales and Marketing and ensure scalable offers
• Maintain strategic discipline to avoid scope creep or misaligned opportunities
• Stay close to the market by reporting portfolio progress with evidence
