Job summary

Triwill Group seeks a Product Engineer for an AI Email App to define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities and shape how the system behaves in production. You will work with ML and engineering teams to translate capabilities into concrete product decisions.

This deeply technical, hands-on role demands strong judgment, ownership of quality and reliability, and the ability to balance trade-offs between speed, cost, and safety in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and system design skills.
• Solid understanding of modern ML and AI systems in production.
• Comfortable reading technical designs and architectures.
• Intuition for model limitations, hallucinations, evaluation and failure modes.
• Experience owning complex AI-powered products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities, from model behavior to system behavior.
• Translate model capabilities and constraints into clear product decisions.
• Trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and UX.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and client engineers on design and evaluation.
• Define evaluation frameworks across offline metrics, online experiments, and human feedback.
