Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is recruiting a senior Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital insurance initiatives.

You will own the backlog, prioritise features, and collaborate with Technology, Operations, Marketing and business teams to translate requirements into actionable products. You will analyse processes for digital enhancements, create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and support UAT.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in product management, ownership, or business analysis in financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products, platforms, or transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog based on business needs and customer value.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management, product ownership, or business analysis experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sector.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex digital products, platforms, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various functions and seniority levels.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for solving business challenges through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Digital, or a related field.
• Agile certifications or practical Agile delivery experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
