Job summary

Our client, an insurer in Singapore, is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to join on a 12-month renewable contract. The role focuses on ensuring new and enhanced insurance products move smoothly from design through launch.

You will work closely with Product, Actuarial, Operations, IT and Distribution teams, coordinating requirements across functions and driving end-to-end implementation. This position suits someone who enjoys collaboration and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of experience in insurance, ideally in product implementation, product development, business analysis or project management.
• Good understanding of life insurance products and processes.
• Experience working on end-to-end implementation projects within an insurer.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of new and existing insurance products.
• Coordinate requirements across Product, Operations, IT, Actuarial and Distribution.
• Drive UAT, system changes, process updates and business readiness.
• Track timelines, dependencies and issues through to launch.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve implementation gaps and ensure products are launched on time.
• Support post-launch reviews and improvements where needed.
