Job summary

Adecco Portugal in partnership with a leading banking organization is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to oversee end-to-end product delivery, rebranding activities and governance. You will manage stakeholder approvals and ongoing product development and launches.

Based in Singapore, the role covers product transition workstreams, regulatory considerations, and post-launch reviews, with regular hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product implementation, project management or related discipline.
• Experience in end-to-end product implementation and delivery from requirements through go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across Brand/Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product rebranding activities and related documentation.
• Create and maintain asset inventory and impact assessment for changes.
• Develop phased delivery plans aligned with milestones and readiness.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals across governance teams (Brand, Legal, Compliance, Risk).
• Ensure deliverables meet brand, regulatory and document-control requirements with audit trails.
• Partner with Communications/Marketing on internal and external communications.
• Support go-live readiness including updated materials and clear change communications.
• Contribute to product development, launches and enhancements.

Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, to support a major product transition and rebranding programme.

We are in search of a Product Implementation Manager to manage end-to-end product implementation, rebranding activities, governance, stakeholder approvals and ongoing product development and launch activities.

Location: Singapore - West/Central area
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

The Talent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product implementation, project management or a related discipline, preferably within insurance, banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product implementation and delivery, from requirements gathering and impact assessment through to implementation and go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Brand/Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Product teams.
• Good understanding of governance, regulatory requirements and document control, including reviews, approvals and audit trails.
• Strong documentation and content management skills, including customer-facing product materials, disclosures, FAQs and digital content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting product launches, change implementation and post-launch reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Join the product team as a Product Implementation Manager, supporting a major product transition and rebranding programme while maintaining business-as-usual product delivery.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of product rebranding activities, covering product summaries, policy provisions, annexures, FAQs, policy illustrations, training/proposition materials, website content and related product documentation.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive asset inventory and impact assessment, identifying required changes, dependencies, lead times and implementation requirements.
• Develop and manage phased delivery plans aligned with programme milestones, release windows and regulatory or operational readiness.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals across Brand, Legal, Compliance, Risk and relevant governance teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand, regulatory, product governance and document-control requirements, while maintaining appropriate audit records.
• Partner with Communications and Marketing on internal and external communications relating to product changes.
• Support go-live readiness, including updated training materials, proposition materials and clear communication of changes to impacted teams.
• Participate in product development, launches and enhancements, contributing to requirements, documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Support product reviews, assessments, enquiries and governance activities in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to post-launch reviews, ensuring customer outcomes, operational performance and product documentation remain accurate.
