Job summary

You will guide technical challenges, manage KPI delivery, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to enhance efficiency. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of new product development and product lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in product engineering, SKU management, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to guide on complex technical and engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Engineers within a specific product category.
• Allocate resources, assign work, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Oversee execution of product engineering deliverables to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Guide and support the team in resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Define and improve product engineering processes, tools, and templates.
• Ensure governance and best practices across projects within the category.
• Act as escalation point for risks and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive team engagement and career development.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean activities.
• Support management initiatives to improve ways of working and delivery performance.
