Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Manager, Knowledge Management to lead and operate the Product Development knowledge management capability. You will own governance, platforms, information architecture and knowledge asset management to ensure knowledge is accessible, trusted and integrated into product development practices.

You will collaborate with Engineering, DDIO, Business Units, Quality and Manufacturing to enable organisational learning, knowledge reuse and capability development across Dyson’s product

Qualifications

• Experience in Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning or related disciplines.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and information architectures.
• Experience administering enterprise knowledge platforms or collaboration tools.
• Experience developing taxonomies, metadata structures and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, SAP Signavio or similar platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate Dyson's Product Development knowledge management capability.
• Manage knowledge repositories, services and governance processes.
• Coordinate knowledge asset ownership and review cycles.
• Ensure knowledge is current, accessible and trusted.
• Support continuous improvement of the knowledge management operating model.
• Own information architecture, taxonomy, metadata standards and knowledge structures.
