Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Product Engineer in Singapore to manage products from NPI through volume production and sustaining engineering. You will focus on performance, yield, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization while partnering with Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in product or manufacturing engineering, with experience in photonics or semiconductor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Photonics/Optical Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in Product/Manufacturing/Process engineering in high-volume environments is preferred.
• Experience in photonics, optical communications, or semiconductor industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle activities from development and NPI through high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive yield improvement, CAPA, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate across Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve technical challenges.
