Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing BOM/engineering professional to manage BOM structures and datasets across SAP and SFC systems. The role involves coordinating with local and overseas teams, supporting mass production, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. RBA standards compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant working experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, headquarters, factories, peers, subordinates and supervisors.
• Experience in BOM, SAP & SFC system management
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to complying with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify bill-of-materials structures.
• Maintain product and process data in the shop-floor control system and SAP.
• Support rack-packaging design and implementation.
• Lead bill-of-materials and material changes, coordinating smooth transition and implementation with local and overseas cross-functional teams.
• Support mass-production activities and resolve product-related issues.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen and other continuous-improvement activities.
• Support factory qualification for new product introduction.
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits.
