INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to manage MRB activities and drive disposition of non-conforming materials.

You will investigate quality issues, lead corrective actions, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to sustain production and customer satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years in supplier or manufacturing quality with strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC) and familiarity with ISO 9001 and IPC standards.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, or MRB operations.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, supplier quality processes, root cause analysis, CAPA, and non-conforming material control.
Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and customer quality requirements is preferred.
Willingness to support conference calls outside regular office hours when required and comply with RBA standards.

Responsibilities

Work closely with internal departments and suppliers to promote a quality-focused culture and achieve zero-defect product quality.
Lead and collaborate with the MRB team on OSV activities to support supplier requests prior to any RMA or RTV processes.
Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and business agreements, and work effectively with suppliers to address production line quality issues and rejections.
Coordinate with suppliers to expedite the return of defective materials, follow up on disposition plans and FA reports, and communicate findings with relevant internal stakeholders.
Monitor and drive improvements to minimize defective inventory and maintain aging control targets.
Support parts localization initiatives and work closely with R&D and Engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Investigate supplier quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Handle customer quality concerns and coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, RBA standards, and applicable quality system requirements.
