Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a capable engineer to review and analyse system and component information for manufacturability. You will collaborate with customer and internal engineers to ensure completeness and an updated BOM, and you will update the BOM into the SAP system with Purchasing/Planning.

You will also design and implement workflow, document Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), and provide on-line manufacturing support for product technical issues to meet

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in automation tooling and control engineering.
• Knowledge of workflow design and implementation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review & analyse all system and component information (from customer) for manufacturability
• Work with the Customer’s or internal engineers to ensure completeness & updated system BOM
• Work with Purchasing/Planning to update the BOM into the SAP system
• Design and implement workflow, and document the Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI)
• Manufacturing support for all product technical issues on-line to meet customer acceptance criteria
• Support and train the Site Install team to handle technical issues during install & commissioning
• Support the Ops team to manage the Site team to ensure they meet customer targets
• Work with the Customer’s or engineers to ensure system fulfils specifications
• Follow-up with supplier’s engineers to resolve technical issues with their components
