Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive project manager to lead pre-sales and oversee cross‑functional delivery of mechanical product solutions. You will coordinate with Vision, Software and Manufacturing teams, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.

Travel to customer sites and independent work style are required to ensure on-time delivery and seamless execution in a dynamic equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Familiar with new product development process, project process management and project management tools in the equipment industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt tools to new environments and processes.
• Good in problem solving and analytical skills.
• Can work independently with high level of motivation and can communicates with people at all levels.
• Have strong ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
• Good team player.
• Willing and able to travel overseas to support customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting customer needs and completing the pre-sales customer technical exchange of assigned products.
• Managing project and coordination though all departments (Vision, Software, Manufacturing) to ensure a successfully delivery of company product to customer.
• Hosting regular meetings with internal teams to track progress and align on expectations.
• Documentation and reporting on project progress and status.
• Assist the product supervisor to complete product planning and equipment development.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for project support and execution.
