Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to lead automation design and development of high-precision semiconductor equipment modules.

You will oversee end-to-end product development, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing, and ensure smooth integration into mass production while travel for field support is required.

Candidates should have >3 years in automation design and strong GD&T and 3D CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in automation design.
• Experience in design of automation or semiconductor equipment.
• High precision machine design.
• Design of High Speed Pick and Place mechanisms.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software.
• Equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to produce detailed Mechanical drawings and apply GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new Process Modules, perform experiments (DOE) to improve device performance, yield and manufacturability.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization and high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Integration, Modules, and other departments to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure seamless integration of new processes into high-volume manufacturing with focus on scalability, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide reports on outcomes.
