Job summary

Yamauchi Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a role requiring a science degree and at least 2 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will lead production-related activities, liaise with HQ, analyze technical issues, and drive ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance.

Japanese language proficiency is required to work with HQ and clients. Responsibilities include coordinating new product projects, approving changes, and promoting risk-based thinking across processes

Qualifications

• Education in science discipline with at least 2 years of managerial experience in manufacturing (production control preferred).
• Strong leadership, communicative and receptive.
• Discreet and analytical in problem solving.
• Practical knowledge in ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership.
• Understanding of product and mold drawings.
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese to work with HQ and Japanese clients.
• Practical skill in mold assembly and mold condition setting.
• Competency in designing and the use of CAD-CAM software.
• In-depth understanding of blueprint reading.
