Job summary

YAMAUCHI SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a senior governance and liaison professional to ensure profitable and policy-driven operations across the organization. The role focuses on balancing external stakeholder expectations with internal objectives and promoting adherence to international standards.

The candidate will support managers, coordinate tenders and marketing activities, and act as the primary bridge among local offices, regional branches, and headquarters to align organization-wide goals

Qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese both written and spoken to communicate with other stakeholders in other regional branches and HQ.
• Relevant experience in media industry.
• Relevant experience in plastic injection industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement organization policies and objectives as directed by the Board of Directors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and balance expectations of external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Provide support to department managers to achieve goals and objectives.
• Oversee marketing activities, tenders, quotations, and costing.
• Communicate across local offices, regional branches, and headquarters to align organization-wide goals.

• Ensure that the Organization’s business is conducted on a profitable, sound and realistic basis in accordance with policies laid by Board of Directors.
• Define and formulate Organization's vision, policies and objectives in such that it is well balancing in between expectation from external interested parties and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that the overall organization efforts are concentrated towards achieving customer satisfaction and expectation of the interested parties.
• Promulgate the importance of meeting the customer requirements and the requirements of these International Standards.
• Promote and be the paradigm of process approach and risk base thinking within the organization
• Provide support to all departmental managers in achieving their respective organization goals and objectives
• Evaluate performance of the organization and implement corrective action to improve the results secured.
• Provide resources that are required for the developing, implementing and maintaining of this Integrated Management System.
• Managing of tenders, quotation and costing, and all marketing activities.
• Oversee the overall progress of projects and negotiate differences with customers
• Assure that the organization has a long-term strategy which promise the achievement of its mission, vision and policy
• Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers and official bodies
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between local offices, regional branches, and headquarters to align organization-wide goals.
