Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to hire a Product Designer in Singapore's CBD. You will shape the end-to-end design of key journeys, from opportunity framing and discovery through shipped product and post-launch iteration.

You will translate customer insights and data into product bets, experience principles, and design decisions that drive customer and business outcomes, while contributing to design systems and ensuring accessibility and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the end-to-end design of key journeys, from opportunity framing and discovery through to shipped product and post-launch iteration.
• Turn customer insights, competitive analysis and data into clear product bets, experience principles, and design decisions that move customer and business outcomes.
• Design at multiple fidelities to help teams think, decide, and ship at speed. Work closely with business and technology to shape roadmaps, scope solutions, and de-risk complexity early with prototypes and experiments.
• Contribute to and extend our design systems so experiences feel coherent across channels while meeting accessibility and regulatory requirements.
• Champion UX quality in the team: hold high design quality that connect design to commercial impact, and help others make better decisions with design.
• Collaborate with research to plan, conduct, and synthesise studies; bring the voice of the customer into everyday decisions, not just big projects.
