Job summary

ANEXT Bank in Singapore is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive customer journeys.

The role requires 5+ years of UI/UX experience, expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong eye for detail, accessibility and responsive design. You will help maintain the design system and drive usability testing.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UI/UX experience for web, mobile, or software.
Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility.
Experience conducting usability testing and user research.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and propose user-centered solutions.
Balance business requirements with a customer-centric design approach, creating user flows, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
Design, maintain and contribute to the team’s UI design system.
Ensure consistency of the design language across all customer touchpoints.
Identify, audit and troubleshoot UI/UX issues and propose creative improvements.
Coordinate with software engineers and QA to ensure implementation matches design specs.
Communicate ideas and recommendations to stakeholders to maximize customer impact.
Stay updated with industry design trends and research.
