Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Singapore to lead end-to-end design across digital products, crafting user journeys and interfaces.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools, while conducting user research to drive improvements in UX. You will develop and maintain scalable design systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, and mentor junior designers to uphold UI/UX standards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
• Experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of digital products, user journeys, and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI/UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
• Support Agile development, review design implementation, and mentor junior designers.
