Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to define requirements and design for back-end semiconductor equipment. You will develop new equipment concepts, design mechanical systems with motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps and valves, and produce detailed drawings.

The role requires 5 years of automation design experience, proficiency in 3D CAD software, and ability to travel overseas for field support, with a focus on high-precision equipment and rigorous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of automation design experience.
• Experience in automation or semiconductor equipment design.
• Ability to travel overseas for field support.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and features for back-end semiconductor equipment.
• Develop concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems including motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, valves.
• Produce detailed engineering drawings.
• Perform design verification and testing to meet specifications, safety regulations, and product requirements.
• Apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA, DOE, etc
