Job summary
ST Engineering Urban Solutions Ltd. seeks a Product & Day 2 Operations Support Assistant Engineer to join its Digital Platforms team. The role focuses on supporting product rollout to projects and day 2 operations across software products and customizations.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA to deliver digital solutions, ensure system uptime, and assist in incident management and ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a role of day 2 operations and product support.
- Strong understanding of software and applications issues.
- Proficiency in end user and customer management to drive incidents handling and closure of problems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, cloud platforms, and applications troubleshooting tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance, to deliver comprehensive digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Conduct Day 2 operation support for software product, customization and system required in operations and maintenance.
- Support both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure system uptime.
- System administration.
- Troubleshooting with system team and customers.
- Incident and problem management.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital platforms to inform future enhancements and innovations.
