Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Operations Centre Engineer to monitor and manage IT and network infrastructure within the operations centre, ensuring service availability and proactive fault resolution.

You will work with technical teams on routine maintenance and continuous improvement, requiring strong analytical and communication skills to support business objectives. Location is ST Electronics Hub, SG and on-site duties apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Infocomm Technology or equivalent.
• Able to work 12-hour shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depending on roster).
• Open to contract, renewal.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and escalate real-time operation events.
• Monitor alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
• Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination.
• Updating of PM / CM logs.
• Any other duties / jobs assigned by supervisor.
