TTI Electronics Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented team player to support sales RFQ processes and backlog management. You will coordinate delivery schedules, handle vendor changes, and ensure timely fulfillment to customers while expanding product knowledge and maintaining strong internal/external relationships.

Candidate should be proficient in MS Office and fluent in English and Chinese, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) at the intermediate level preferred.
• Good attitude, diligent, attention to the details and willing to learn.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in spoken English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Mansioni

• Support sales request for quotation (RFQ).
• Manages P/O Backlog, include acknowledgements and advance ship notice.
• Handle changes in customers and supplier’s delivery schedules including expedites past due, pull in, push out and cancellation.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers from suppliers in a proactive manner.
• Exhaust all possibilities in obtaining products to satisfy critical customer requirements.
• Expand product knowledge to effectively support sales.
• Handle new vendor creations, ship and debits, quality issues and RMAs.
• Build good relationships with internal and external parties.
• Provides good service level to internal colleagues.
