Job summary

TBWA Group Singapore is seeking a Producer Intern to assist in planning and executing social content shoots. You will work with internal creatives and brand teams, as well as external production partners, gaining hands-on experience from brief to final delivery.

You’ll coordinate logistics, prep materials, casting and props, while tracking timelines and managing several content pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

As a Producer Intern, you’ll be part of the Creative Producer team, supporting the planning and execution of social content shoots. You’ll gain hands-on experience in coordinating the different moving parts of a production—from preparing pre-production materials and sourcing talent and props to managing logistics and timelines.

You will work alongside internal creatives, brand management team, producers, as well as external production partners, giving you exposure to how social content is brought to life from brief to final delivery.

You’ll:

• Support the planning and coordination of social content shoots.
• Prepare Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) decks and other production materials.
• Assist with talent casting and sourcing props, locations and other shoot requirements.
• Coordinate shoot logistics, schedules and day-to-day production administration.
• Work closely with internal Creative and Content teams, producers and external production houses.
• Track timelines and manage approximately six to eight pieces of content concurrently.
• Anticipate production challenges and help identify practical solutions.
• Provide on-ground support during shoots where required.

This internship offers a hands-on introduction to content production at TBWA, giving you a front-row seat to how fast-moving social ideas are planned, coordinated and brought to life.
