SAY CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to support day-to-day client operations, assist with presentations, secure approvals, and ensure flawless delivery.

You will develop integrated creative and media strategies with the team, work with photographers and designers, monitor campaigns, create content, and coordinate shoots to meet client objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop integrated creative and media strategies to drive brand outcomes.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers and partners to deliver campaigns on time.
• Stay updated on digital media trends to identify opportunities for strategy enhancement.
• Contribute to content ideation and create concepts from client briefs.
• Create and participate in multimedia content aligned with the brand tone.
• Facilitate communication between agency, client and partner agencies.
• Draft briefs, content calendars, copywriting, scheduling and posting.
• Deploy ads and monitor performance daily for clients.
• Manage social media communities and prepare client reports.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate shoots for approvals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Supports on the day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, gaining internal and external creative concept approval, and executing flawless delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of integrated creative and media strategies to plans that drive a range of business outcomes, from brand awareness to conversions.
• Works with photographers, designers and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns on time.
• Driving media excellence across the team, while keeping up to date with the digital media industry and platforms to identify new opportunities that can be used to improve strategy.
• Be involved in content ideation and brainstorming sessions. Devise creative and inspiring concept and work based on the client’s initial brief
• Create and participate in multimedia content that is aligned with the brand’s tone and messaging as required, not limited to writing, copywriting, pre-production, photography, design, and talenting if suitable
• Facilitates the communication between agency, client and our partner agencies
• Create briefs, drafting content calendar, copywriting to scheduling and posting of content
• Deploy ads and daily monitoring of performance for clients
• Community management of social media profiles for clients
• Prepare reports and attend client meetings
• Coordinate and attends shoots to ensure client approval and satisfaction
