Job summary

COSL OIL-TECH (SINGAPORE) LTD. is seeking a proactive Procurement Support Executive to help ensure procurement and logistics processes comply with company policies.

You will collaborate with the Procurement Department to issue POs, review shipping docs, prepare invoices, and support financial planning with procurement data. This role requires strong coordination and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in procurement or administration desirable.
• Invoicing experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices in alignment with company procedures and submit billing invoices through the FSSC system and track invoice status to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Forecast revenue based on procurement and logistic data to support financial planning.
• Execute logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Prepare invoice mailing to China customers.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities by collaborating with the Procurement Department to ensure adherence to company policies and specifications
• Issue purchase orders /RFQ accurately to facilitate timely procurement.
• Review and prepare shipping documentation (such as commercial invoice packing lists, D/O) to verify accuracy and compliance and prepare cargo export.
• Prepare and issue invoices in alignment with company procedures and submit billing invoices through the FSSC system and track invoice status to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Forecast revenue based on procurement and logistic data to support financial planning Execute logistic activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Prepare invoice mailing to China customers.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree preferred in Supply Chain
• Experience in procurement or administration is desirable
• Experience in invoicing is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications to manage documentation and reporting
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple procurement and logistic tasks with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
