Job summary

Hitec Sourcing Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Operations Assistant to support daily procurement activities in Singapore. You will liaise with suppliers, analyze quotations, track orders, and coordinate deliveries while handling data entry, reporting, and market intelligence to support informed purchasing decisions.

The role requires a diploma or higher in an engineering-related field, 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in an engineering-related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1–2 years hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving and task execution.
• Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
