Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively.
• Procurement experience in mechanical parts, construction, wholesale trade or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Stable employment history and ability to manage purchasing tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers; work with established suppliers where applicable.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
• Resolve procurement-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock turnover to maintain adequate stock availability.
