Job summary

CYCLECT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. invites a proactive Procurement Assistant to support daily procurement activities in Singapore. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely sourcing, delivery, and competitive pricing for materials and services.

The role requires strong document handling, familiarity with ERP systems, and excellent communication. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided, and opportunities for progression to senior procurement roles.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
Fresh graduates and those without procurement experience are welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing and obtaining quotations from local and overseas suppliers.
Prepare quotations and Purchase Orders (PO) for approval.
Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate deliveries, logistics and shipment arrangements.
Perform document matching for PO, Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
Update purchasing information in ERP and other procurement tools.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on day-to-day purchasing matters.
