AsiaCruit, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities in Singapore.

You will develop supplier networks, negotiate pricing, optimize channels, and ensure reliable supply of electronic components, working closely with the China HQ and managing local operations in Singapore. The role requires 3+ years in electronics procurement, fluency in Chinese for coordination with China HQ, and on-site work in Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• Willing to work on-site in Singapore.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Procurement Specialist with hands-on experience in the electronic components industry to manage supplier sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing supplier networks, negotiating competitive pricing, optimizing procurement channels, and ensuring a reliable supply of electronic components. You will work closely with the China headquarters and independently manage local procurement operations as part of a newly established Singapore office.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of hands‑on procurement experience in the electronic components or semiconductor industry.

• Direct procurement experience involving at least one of the following semiconductor brands is mandatory:

  • Texas Instruments (TI)
  • Analog Devices (ADI)
  • STMicroelectronics (ST)

• Good understanding of the electronic components market, supplier networks, and distribution channels.

• Experience working with electronic component manufacturers, authorized distributors, agents, or relevant sourcing partners.

• Strong commercial negotiation skills, with an understanding of pricing, cost control, and procurement optimization.

• Ability to assess material requirements, coordinate procurement planning, and anticipate supply chain risks.

• Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Able to communicate independently in Chinese for daily business coordination with the China headquarters and suppliers.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Currently based in Singapore with valid authorization to work full‑time without employer‑sponsored visa or work pass.

• Willing and able to work full‑time on‑site at the Singapore office (Central Singapore).

Why Join

• Competitive basic salary of SGD 4,000 per month, plus performance‑based commission.

• Additional commission of 2%–4% of profit for in‑stock orders and 5% of profit for back‑to‑back orders.

• Regular working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
