Job summary

LEE TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Procurement/Purchaser to manage end-to-end buying for ACMV, M&E, and construction projects based in Singapore.

You will collaborate with project managers, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely material procurement, cost efficiency, and reliable supply chains with a focus on ACMV systems and construction materials. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior hands-on procurement or purchasing experience within ACMV, M&E, or Construction industry.
• Familiarity with ACMV equipment, ducting, piping, and general site materials is strongly advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Meticulous with numbers, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP / procurement software.
• Immediate availability or short notice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations: Process PRs, issue POs, and verify DOs and invoices.
• Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers and site engineers to track delivery timelines.
• Supplier Management: Build relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and manage pre-qualifications.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Address delivery delays, damaged goods, or invoice issues with vendors.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure purchasing workflows adhere to SOPs and QA/QC requirements.
