Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluation with users and procurement per SOP.
• Prepare stand-alone agreements (e.g., NDA) and manage non-procurement contracts with stakeholders.
• Administer end-to-end vendor creation, data recheck and maintenance using P2P SAP Ariba.
• Generate reports for stakeholder evaluation and decision-making.
• Streamline and automate procurement processes to drive efficiency.
• Interface with user departments to provide information and advice.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
