Job summary

HP in Singapore is seeking a College Intern in Procurement Operations to support request processing, tracking, and record keeping, including RFQ tracking and purchasing info records, in a real-world SAP S/4HANA environment. You will gain hands-on experience updating procurement data, cleansing master data, and assisting with SOPs.

Collaboration with a supportive mentor will help develop accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement request processing, tracking, and record keeping, including RFQ tracking and purchasing info records.
• Update procurement information and records in SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
• Support master data review and cleansing activities.
• Assist with updating procurement SOPs and work instructions.
• Support basic reporting, documentation, and other procurement or supply chain activities as required.
