Lactalis-Mainland Dairy is offering an onsite internship in Singapore to support regional supply chain functions. You will work closely with the SEA SC team to develop process understanding, documentation, and analytical tools.

This role focuses on SAP transactional activities and building a centralized database for SEASA market information. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics, with excellent Excel skills and a keen analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills — this is a must!
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

About the Internship

As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to regional and in-market SC functions, working closely with our SEA SC team to drive process understanding and documentation.

Supply Chain Process & Analytics

• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes through close collaboration with the SEASA Supply Chain markets. The intern will be responsible for creating analytical tools and documentation to support faster and more streamlined decision-making, as well as building and maintaining an online database that houses readily accessible SEASA market information.

SAP Transactional Activities

• Handle SAP transactional functions, including the creation, monitoring, and management of purchase requisitions and purchase orders — tracking each order closely from initiation through to successful completion.

Skills & Work Arrangement

• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency are essential for this role. This is a fully onsite position requiring presence five days a week.
